Good hotel but......
Good hotel, big room, clean, with big spaces, a fantastic swimming pool and a fitness area. Excellent quality in food. Ideal for business traveller.
To improve the human relationship with customers. If you need an help, or have a question, you must ask at minimum 2 or 3 times for obtain an answer (and not the right one...), without a smile..... Much better than the larger chain hotels
Although reception staff are a bit slow, I beleive it is the norm in Casablanca. Belstaff were very helpful. Room was clean and towels were really soft!
After an 8 hour flight a full body message was excellent at the spa.
Only advice would be to ask for rooms facing the city rather than the sea. In the early morning, honking constatntly on vehicle and truck horns seem to be the way of communication between vehicles... Although reception staff are a bit slow, I beleive it is the norm in Casablanca. Belstaff were very helpful. Room was clean and towels were really soft!

Communication
The Hotel has few staff that have ability to communicate in English. It is quite hard to ask for help in English except at the check-in counter.
Overall is very good.

Good
At my arriving in the room the TV remote control was not available. Asking to the Concierge His answer was that I will receive the remote control the next day because the Hotel was Full.
I think that an Hotel like Golden Tulip cannot answer in that mode.
I hope for next stayng to have better answers.

Beaucoup de problèmes dans la chambre(809) : ampoule d'une lampe de chevet grillée, boîte de mouchoirs vide dans la salle de bains, mitigeurs et chasse d'eau en mauvais état, coffre ne fonctionnant pas, prise internet défectueuse...

A Pleasant Surprise
I confess I that, as a tourist, I expected much more from Casablanca. But the comfort, the luxury and the quality of what we found in the Golden Tulip transformed our stay in a very pleasant time.

J'ai ete tres decu de ne pouvoir profiter du sauna et hammam, en travaux, alors qu'il n'en est pas fait mention lors de la reservation. De meme, la piscine, non chauffee et dans un environnement froid, est tres decevante.
Pas de relaxation possible!
Impossible de diner au restaurant Marocain, la musique etant assourdissante. J'ai ete invite a manger a La Brasserie francaise. Pas tres depaysant!
Bon point pour le personnel aimable et le cadre.
