Good in all aspects : Location, Comfort, Cleaness
The Golden Tulip Farah ( ex Safir Hotel ) offers a very good quality/price ratio.
And compared to many other Hotels dowtown, it's right up the ladder.
Rooms are spacy, confortable. Just make sure, your room is not located on the main avenue de Far so as to avoid the noice. Spa is good although somewhat expensive. Indoor swiming-pool was very much appreciated. Breakfast buffet is complete and offers many choices. The Concierge service was outstanding. The Hotel is ideally located. For a business stay, I believe this is one of the best choices in Casablanca. The Golden Tulip Farah ( ex Safir Hotel ) offers a very good quality/price ratio.

Nous sommes arrivés dimanche soir et au buffet 4 Seasons il n'y avait practiquement rien à manger. Par contre, le prix chargé a été enorme.
Le service du buffet du petit dejeuner n'est pas bon (pas de rapidité, beaucoup de monde pour fien faire)
Par contre, la Brasserie est perfecte: cuisine haute qualité et service impecable. Nous sommes arrivés dimanche soir et au buffet 4 Seasons il n'y avait practiquement rien à manger. Par contre, le prix chargé a été enorme.

Derrière des sourires de façade, des oui oui et des désolés en rafales, n attendez rien du personnel de cet hôtel.
Nous a vacciné a vie des hôtels Golden Tulip.

Reservation through Internet
I made reservation through web site.
When I checked-in, I was told that my name is NOT registered in the system.
Then I showed a print-out of e-mail which I received from Golden Tulip soon after I made reservation.
Your staff then realized that I duly made reservation and said that since my reservation was made over the weekend, no staff got my reservation registered into the system.
I was totally surprised at the fact that reservation can be made through internet and the booking confirmation is automatically produced and sent to the guest, BUT getting the reservation made through internet is MANUALLY registered into the system!!
I may have been lucky since I had a print-out of my reservation, but WHAT IF I WOULD NOT HAVE IT!? I made reservation through web site.

la resa etait un cadeau de maruage pour un couple d'amis pour leurs nuit de noce, j'ai appelé 3 fois votre service resa pour m'assurer que tout sera ok et nickel pour cette nuit spéciale, à ma grande surpise, une fois arrivée à 7h du matinn heureusement avant les mariés, la chambre n'etait pas prete, aucune deco comme promis avec des roses, moquette salle, ....pas de serviettes, ni peignoirs, ni pantoufles.... rien du tout
juste pour vous dire que je vous ferai de la bonne pub et que je suis pas contente pour 1400 dhs la nuitée, et 3 coups tel rien n'est fait.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I felt so sorry when I spent a night in your htl. The services are VERY POOR; your staffs are just running after Tips!!! And the Shock I had is when I asked for SHOUR, Oh my God!! I've never seen an htl 5* serving food without WATER.
And when you ask for it, they say: Sorry it's not included!?!?!?!
Excuse me! And it was RAMADAN, They know about who precious is the water at that time. 4:00AM I asked why there's not even a cup of water? You professional staff! Simply they replied: If you want it you've to pay for it!.
I will not recommend you htl to any one and I will definitely publish it on FB, Twitter... Dear Sir or Madam,
